The J80026A0002 is an STX RJ45 plug insert with full metal shielding between pairs of wires and a four-chamber wire manager available with colour code T568A or T568B and PROFINET. It can be assembled in 60 seconds without any special tools and uses piercing contacts suitable for solid and stranded conductors.
